Learner put on a break in learning in error

Afternoon all, just mopping up for R14, I've noticed that a learner has been put on a break in learning in error.
What is the process to deal with this ? I was just going to create a new programme and component aim with the start date as the day after the break in learning date, but will it error as there hasn't been the minimum 4 weeks ?
Any guidance welcome. Thanks

Just reverse the BIL entry, put the learner back as continuing in R14.
Thanks for the quick reply Martin, do I mark him as a restart and is the BiL was 07/05/2020 do I put the new prog and comp aim as 08/05/2020 with extend his end date by 1 day ?
Just realised that, yeh Martin 19/20 financial year, darn. I'll put a restart of 01/08/20 as you advise, but there will be no BiL documents as he didn't go on one ! I'll keep a note on his records for when we're audited. Thanks Martin.
