Yeah, the solution seems to be to set the learner back to 1&8 for R14 because (for the first time in my memory) this validation rule cannot see things after 31 July.
It's kind of always been advised against to include completions after 31 July in R13/R14, but this is the first time it's ever actually caused an error.
Thnaks Steve, that has removed the error.
Would you be able to help me with a warning?
The warning shows - LearnDelFAMDateTo_02 ( 'Date applies to' may be wrong. Unless the 'learning actual end date' is later than the 'planned end date', the 'Date applies to' shouldn't be after the planned end date for the learning. Check 'learning planned end date' and 'Date applies to' are correct.)
The dates are correct for both ZPROG and Maths and English. The date applies to is after the planned end date because that is when the learner achieved.
This is categorically THE MOST USELESS WARNING EVER and can be safely ignored. You can't get rid of it because, as you say, the Date To *must* match the AchDate which, these days, usually isn't the same as PED.
I've *told* them to get rid of it because it just confuses people, but they haven't listened yet...

R122 Error - 20/21 ILR Return
Created
We have an apprentice that completed their last day of learning in 20/21 academic year but didn't pass their EPA until 21/22 academic year. The 20/21 ILR return shows the apprentice as error R122 "The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date."
I believe the error thinks the ACT "To" date should match the apprentice's last day of learning in 20/21 as the achievement date falls in 21/22, however the guidance states the ACT "To" date needs to match the achievement date (EPA date).
How do we fix this error?
