Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a time limit on how long after an apprentice finishes the academic element of the apprenticeship, they are allowed to sit their EPA?

I think the short answer is "no"? There's a minimum (7 days) but never seen a max written down? Obviously, there's a whole bunch of stuff about whether the learner would still be ready 9, 12 months later, but it's not Against The Rules?
Depends if Gateway has been confirmed as then the EPA plan normally states a timeframe it needs to be completed in :) but i guess technically that were there is flex!
