I'm just trying to establish the funding flow when a learner has withdrawn from their apprenticeship & subsequently re-starts at a later date on the same apprenticeship but with a new employer. I'm comfortable with the TNP1/2 price for the new employer but will the Completion 20% be recalculated to reflect 20% of the TNP with the new employer or will the completion payment set from the original start carry to the restart?

The monthly and completion payment are recalculated 80%/20% based on the Total Negotiated cost of the restart.
