EPA - Now started at college

We have a learner who has completed everything for their EPA. All documents are complete and all evidence is uploaded. Her contract is now finished with her employer and she has now enrolled at University (she would have missed enrolling if she had waited to do her EPA with her employer.
Is there any way she can complete her EPA now she is at university - It is only a professional discussion with the EP Assessor and an online test.
It seems so unfair after she has put in so much effort completing her apprenticeship. If she was on a Framework there wouldn't be this issue.

The rules are very clear on this as the learner must be employed under an Apprenticeship Agreement until the EPA is completed.
I do not see what is unfair as you should have made the Apprentice aware of the consequences of ending their employment before completing the EPA.
