The QAR is taken from the last 5 years ILR data
The hybrid end year is the later of the:
a achievement year (for apprenticeship standards on funding model 36 only)
b planned end year of the learning aim
c actual end year of the learning aim
d reporting year
But you have an expected end date of the practical period as May 2022 and gateway period has an expected end date of September 2022 but what is recorded on the ILR for the programme planned end date as I do not recognise a gateway period expected end date as an ILR field .
If their achievement date is on or before 31/07/22 - they count as an achievement in 21/22. it is the achievement date that decides which year the fall into
Another Example: If their gateway was in May22 but Epa was not until Aug 22, they would count against 22/23 academic year, rather than 21/22.

Apprenticeship Achievement Rates

Hello,
I have a department that is trying to improve their Achievement Rates for this contract year 21_22 as the overall they could achieve at the minute according to our MIS isn't particularly healthy looking.
So, my question is Learner A has an expected end date of the practical period May 2022, if the learner goes through gateway and (hopefully) passes on or before 31st July 2022 will they be a positive outcome in our Achievement Rates. Currently the learner is not on the list of learners who could impact this contract year as the gateway period has an expected end date of September 2022.
The business rules says it will use the Hybrid year as below, and in my thinking the achievement year and the planned end year of learning aim will both be 2021_22 so could impact this year.
a)achievement year (for apprenticeship standards on funding model 36 only)
b) planned end year of the learning aim
c )actual end year of the learning aim d reporting year
Obviously all dependent on the learners readiness to complete the programme early.
Many thanks
