Adding new aims to correct the end date

Hi all, we have an apprentice who started in 20/21 and have noticed that the end date had been input incorrectly (by 1 year).  I am aware that you need to withdraw back to 1st August and re-add the aims to correct it, which we have done, but this has caused problems with the app service account and is now showing on the data match report as there isn't a matching record.  Tried ringing the app service for advice on this and a few other issues, but can't get through.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Christine

There is no way you can change the end date of the Programme once entered and now that R14 has passed, I do not understand why you would withdraw back to the 1st August. You should leave as was and just note the issue on the commitment statement.

We followed the provider support manual, but will revert back to original aims and add a note to the commitment statement.

Thanks

In general only section 6 applies to Apprenticeships, but it does say in section 5:

If the planned end date is identified as being incorrect and the date prior to 1st August of the current year. This data error cannot be corrected. You will be required to acknowledge this administrative error in the learner evidence.
