Hi,
Can you confirm what is meant by "Total balancing payment earned cash" in the Main Occupancy Report?
Also, is there a guide somewhere for working out funding for learners who have carried over from R14 to the new reporting year?

In funding streams where funding follows the learner all monthly on programme payments stop when an actual end date has been entered but any outstanding payments are made (Balancing payment) when they complete or achieve depending on the funding stream.
