Two year Study Programme

Hi,

 

To enter a learner on a 2 year Study Programme, would we complete the planned learning and EEP hours for the total of the two years?

Also, if the college has a summer break, would that need to be recorded as a break in learning?

It’s the total planned timetabled hours for learning activities for the teaching year not the study programme.

As the summer break is not part of the teaching year it is not a BIL, and BIL is not recorded for Study Programmes.

Thank you for replying so quickly.  Would it be correct to put the aim end dates as July 2023 in the 21/22 ILR?

The planned end date of the aim is the date by which the provider and learner plan to complete the learning related to this learning aim, if it’s a 2 year aim then it could be July 2023.
