I have a learner that started in October 2019 and went on a break in learning and was funded through ESFA for non levy, this learner has recently come back into learning. I have added to the ILR as a restart, my question is does she now need putting on the DAS for non levy or is she continually funded as per the start of her award?

You can continue to fund as ACT 2 as this learner would have been included in your run down allocation.
