Hi
I have 2 learners on ILR who will not reach their 6 week eligibility period yet (their programmes are 24 weeks or more).
They will reach eligiblity 15/12 which is after the R04 deadline. When I run a batch though they are both counted in learner numbers etc on the FIS reports. Whats the implications if they don't reach the 6 week period after the submission date? Is it OK that potentially my funding out turn will reduce?

Yes but the ESFA will review this at R06 for 16-18 allocations.
