Additional Learner Support for learners past planned end date
Created
Good afternoon,
We've been asked by our Additional learning support team if we are able to claim learning support for 19+ students (and apprentices) once they've passed their planned end dates but are still continuing. The learners in question have crossed over from the previous year and have passed their planned end dates but are still continuing past them.
Are we able to claim ALS / claim ALS through the Earnings Adjustment Statement if they are continuing beyond their planned end date?
Thank you in advance to whomever can assist with this query.
Much appreciated

You claim in the ILR in the normal way where ALS is required after the planned end date.
