EPA while learner is signed off work

If a learner has been signed off work can they still take their EPA if it has already been booked. I am not sure at the moment how long they are going to be signed off for and whether or not we will need to put them on a BIL. They have one assessment on Dec 6th and the final one in the middle of January.

You cant place learners on a BIL once they are passed their end date and certainly not once they are in EPA.
