Hello
We deliver training for learners with EHCP's/SEN requirements, and had been receiving a Top Up Element 3 funding from the local authority.
We have subsequently realised we should be returning these learners through an ILR submission so that we can look at claiming Element 1 and Element 2? (I think! This is all very new to us).
My questions are:
1. Do we have to be a Special Post 16 institute to be able to claim this funding/submit ILR returns for these learners?
2. If we can submit the ILR returns for these learners without being a Special Post 16 institute then do you know which source of funding, funding model, programme types etc. we use on the ILR?
Any help or signposting would be really helpful please thank you.
