Afternoon All,
We have a learner who is transferring to a new employer but is currently 1 month away from their practical period end date. The new Employer is asking if they can claim the current incentive? as they are a new employee with them and continuing their apprenticeship.
Are they eligible to claim? we haven't had this circumstance before so questioning the rulings around this.
