Ending L2 FS Aim under COVID flexibility rule

We have several Intermediate apprentices entering gateway in Nov and Dec that had their L2 FS aims raised early in their programme but are not going to attempt the test under the COVID temporary flexibility rule (P37 of Funding Rules). They will take the tests when they progress to Advanced Level and it is safer to go out and test in the workplace.
My question is how to record this in the ILR? Will it be a completion status 3 with no achievement? If so, which withdrawal code should be used?

Yes you can use withdrawn reason 97 Other, you can also include learning delivery monitoring code 368 that indicates COVID-19 temporary or permanent withdrawals.
