What to do when we haven't decided on an EPAO

Hi,

I was hoping one of you wonderful people could answer a question on what to do when we haven't contracted with an EPAO

I know the training price but the EPAO remains unknown for a couple of new apprenticeships. I can see PMR has an assessment category which I think I'm meant to use, but I'm not sure how to do this. How do I make the ILR match the DAS when I don't yet know the EPAO fee?

You only record the training price in the ILR (and in DAS) but add the EPAO and cost when this has been finalised.

Can I also ask - once the EPAO and fee has been agreed, do I need to make a change to the DAS or just add the TNP2 on the ILR?

When the employer has selected the EPAO and price the ILR and DAS will need to be updated to include this, you should advise/agree with the employer of the new total negotiated price so that their DAS account can be updated. You can update the ILR only but this will produce a Dlock on the DAS training provider account which will prompt for the change to be updated in the employers DAS account which the employer must approve.
