Non Levy Employer with transferred funds from Levy payer.

Hoping someone can help with this? We have a learner due to be enrolled on an apprenticeship that works for a non levy employer but the employer has received levy funds from a levy paying employer, therefore the employer is not required to pay a contribution. Is there any additional codes that need to be used on the ILR to stop a contribution being expected?

They're just ACT 1, because their apprenticeship is being paid by the levy.

You do not identify transfer of funding on the ILR as DAS uses the term 'levy payer' or 'levy-paying employer' to refer to an employer who pays the apprenticeship levy, but also to an employer who does not pay the levy but is funding the apprenticeship through a transfer in the apprenticeship service.

There are circumstances where co-investment may be required by the receiving employer, example the sending employer (the employer who transferred the levy to another employer) either has insufficient levy funds in their account, or has exceeded their transfer allowance for that financial year.
