Thanks Martin West, so just to clarify, the new employer won't be eligible even though the first employer hasn't applied for the incentive as 90 days hasn't passed? I thought I had it right, but confused myself reading the rules.

Hi all, in relation to incentive payments, where an apprentice has been let go rather than made redundant, am I right in assuming that if another employer takes on the apprentice, they aren't eligible to apply for the incentive even if the apprentice hasn't been with the first employer 90 days and therefore they haven't been able to apply?
I'm sure I read that it has to be a new apprentice or one that had previously been made redundant for the employer to be eligible - I may be interpreting the rules incorrectly.
