This will also in include bank holidays, so it is 28days(5.6 weeks)
By law, you're entitled to 5.6 weeks' paid holiday ('statutory annual leave') a year.
Your 5.6 weeks' statutory holiday is usually made up of:
20 days = 4 weeks
+ 8 days (which can be the year's bank holidays) = 1.6 weeks

20% OTJR - Holiday entitlement

Hi,
If someone is working 37 hours per week however they are telling us that they are contracted to less than 28 days holiday (in this case 24) As the statutory entitlement is 28 days should we use the 28(5.6) as the OTJR calculation or the 24 ?
I cannot find the answer to this anywhere and thought I would ask here before the service desk
Thankyou
