Apprentice passed Planned end date needs to do Functional Skills

We have a learner who has resumed from a BIL and is now passed their planned end date. We have now discovered that they need to do FS (missed at the start). Can anyone advise what we would do in relation to start/planned end dates for the FS as they are not going to match the programme aim dates?

They dont need to ,they should match when FS was delivered.
