You should only base the total price for the restart on your training costs for the short refresh plus the EPA cost and not the funding remaining.
As at least the completion payment remains this may be sufficient to cover your costs but if the funding remaining is insufficient the employer will be required to co-invest.

New learner - EPA costs and refresh of program

Hi, we have a learner who was previously with another provider, went on Maternity leave and didnt do any KIT days or anything, so the provider deleted them from the program as over a year had past since they had any learning. The leaner is now due to start with us on program but only really needs a short refresh of the program to get them back up to speed and also needs to go through EPA to get a certificate.
We are in the process of finding out how much funding was used by the previous provider so we can see how much we have left to claim. Does anyone know if we are able to just claim for the EPA costs on the program?
