The provider will receive these payments where the apprentice is still in learning at 90 days and 365 days.
You must pass on the payment to the current employer as required in the Funding Rules.
On a change of employer additional payments stop for the first employer, but they retain any payments already made. The number of days in learning with the first employer are added to the days in learning with the new employer to calculate when payments are due.
In your scenario the second employer should receive both payments where the Apprentice is in learning at 90 days and 365.

Hi all, can someone please clarify what happens in relation to the 2 x £500 additional payments for employers where an apprentice changes employer prior to being on programme for 90 days?
