I think I know the answer, but need to ask the question.
We have an apprentice who is due to start with us next week. He wants to go to college to study a HNC/HND at the same time. Is this allowed or not.
Where about in the guide do I find these rules

I don't know much about HE funding but assuming this is funded by SFE (Student Finance England) then yes this is not allowed.
