Hi, 

I had the same problem and took a while to sort it. I have take screen shots below of mine if that helps? mines pointing at a Local SQL

HI Sarah I have tried that but it doesn't work. 

Seems a bit stupid that you need to be an IT SQL server expert to get a simple audit excel spreadsheet.

I just want to know what the auditors guidance is around work placements and the rule change around EEP hours being more than 50% against planned hours.

Hi

I'm using this sampler for the first time. I have generated a FIS file with the settings "export to SQL" checked. What needs to be done next - I can go into the DSAT program and select FIS as the return type but how do I see my FIS file in the drop down box when using the sampler. Looking at the above screen shots, I don't seem to have a "settings" option on the left hand side menu. I just have User Management followed by User Info. How do you get the settings option?

There is a new online version now available PDSAT | Dashboard which makes getting samples much easier. 

You will need to register first before using it.

Yes I am using the online version, is this what you mean? or the online version has since been updated?

I have not got the "settings" option in the navigation menu like you have in your screenshots so how do I connect to FIS like you have?

The menu options I have are the same as in the user guide.

Right ok then, try setting your FIS to export to CSV only. 

It should create a CSV file for you in FIS which you can then import into the returns section in PDSATS.

Hi Chris,

I reported the issue to the support desk and it is now working if you want to try your FIS file again. I have now managed to upload to the sampler so got there in the end.
