Hi,

 

We have an employer that has dissolved and they still owe employer contributions which we are never going to get, what happens in this situation ?

Hi Keli

You might be stuffed... Worth raising with the Service Desk, ask if you can use the LDM waiver code 374 (I'm unsure if they use the code for this, but if you don't ask, you *definitely* can't use it!).
