Non regulated esol pre entry

Hi
Can anyone please help as I am trying to determine if we can use the non regulated learning aim for learners assessed at pre entry level, the title only says entry level but our Learners are pre entry level. Can we still deliver esol using non regulated aim?

On the basis that there's nothing else to use, then yes, that's fine. Many (many) years ago, there were dedicated non-reg pre-entry aims, but as they're long gone, you've little other choice.
