Issue with R131 (Prior Attainment) validation rule

An issue has been identified with the R131 (Prior Attainment) validation rule where, in certain cases, the prior level date is incorrectly linking with older learning aims not applicable to the learner’s current learning agreement. This has been changed this to a warning for R06, with a fix expected to be deployed in time for the R07 data update. After this time R131 will return to being a validation error.

I was under the impression that the "fix" was going to be to stop matching PA date to Start date and make it more like EmpStat records, so the PA date just has to be on/before start date?
