Is it those that are TAGged/potentially TAGged that are being excluded in the QAR? I've not used pro-ach this year, so not sure what they've done in terms of the exclusions?
(To give you some context, we should have nearly 5000 aims and QAR is only reporting 500. Heard tales of sixth form colleges with entirely blank reports...)
Hi Steve - thanks for responding to be quite honest am more used to QAR with Apps and 19+ - when the QAR was published there is a big discrepancy in the achievement rates for the programmes of study - therefore I had to find out why - on looking at it within the official QAR there was 225 aims reported with 89 work placement aims excluded - all of the aims reported were Zoo codes - when I compared with pro achieve this was reporting 310 aims and was reporting achievement against regulated aims - I re read the business rules and the BI rules but cannot work out why they would report differently - so same data uploaded to each - both looking at the same data differently therefore reporting differently giving us a variance
So, all Work Exp aims are always excluded, so that's not unusual. Again, forgive me for not having used Pro-Ach for a while, but a Rules Applied Summary should definitely be excluding them. Don't know what they've done with the TAG issue, I understand Strata had an "exclude TAGs" option (again, haven't used it this year, this is second hand), but if your regulated aims were on the list:
Summer 2021 Qualification Explainer Tool (ofqual.gov.uk)
(click the download data link at the bottom) as B1 (TAGged) or B2 (possibly TAGged, which includes all FS) then they'll be excluded from the "official" QAR.

QAR - Study Programmes
Created
Hi - Just enquiring if anyone else is having problems reconciling their QAR for study programmes - we use Pro Achieve - and this has proved accurate for everything bar the PoS - Pro Achieve and QAR are looking at completely different aims?
Anyone else?
Thanks
