Sorry to raise this beast again, does anyone know if Jisc or maybe AOC are talking to ESFA about the CE requirement in contracts? I'm also responsible for contract compliance, and our IT are basically saying getting CE renewed in 2022 is going to be problematic with the direction it's gone in. They seem to think I have some influence with ESFA and get it taken out! Any rumours it may come out? Further complication is we contract with Welsh Government for education services and their wording is stronger - is an "essential" to have CE whereas ESFA is only "will endeavour".
