An apprentice reduces hours from 30 to 25 per week. How do you action the ILR ? Do you withdrawn and do a restart with a new apprenticeship agreement and remaining off the job ? I need to reflect the end date extension by 6.6 weeks due to hour difference over remaining duration of programme and I know you can’t change end dates

You do not record the change on the ILR but only on the commitment statement where you record the change and agreed extended duration.
What about the OTJ hours as an assessor will need to see this change on a portfolio so would I not need to add that change in the ILR but just manually in the portfolio?
