New software for streamlining apprentice recruitment

We've just checked to see if the software is available to start the process of the new API for recruiting apprentices. We watched the webinar in Dec and it advised that if would be ready to commence the changeover at the end of December. However, after logging onto our provider DAS account and clicking on Recruit Apprentices, there is nothing there for us to access our 'key' and get the ball rollling with our IT department. Am I doing something wrong, or has it not been released yet? MTIA
