Change of Employer - Return from Maternity

Hi Guys
I've looked at the guidance and it doesnt specify for this issue. We have a learner who has changed Employer from the date of return of Maternity.
The learner was put on a break in Learning on 1st April 2021. The learner has returned to work 1st December 2021 but to a different Employer, So technically hasn't had a break in Employment of more than 30 days.
I'm assuming we just do a return record but with a new Employer? Any help would be appreciated.
