No option for funded by levy transfer

Hi
I wonder if someone has come across this before. I have an apprentice that should be funded by levy transfer. The employer previously sent through a record using a reservation, which is now live.
The employer has confirmed that the transfer has been approved and in their TAS "Transfers" section, it confirms it is approved. I have therefore asked them to send through another using the levy transfer. However, when they go to add an apprentice, the option does not come up to select funded by a levy transfer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is possibly that the employer has done this out of sequence so they would need to contact the AS to resolve this.
