Withdrawal date change

Hi,

An apprentice has just been processed as a withdrawal prior to the latest upload and it appears that the date may be incorrect. Is it possible to change a withdrawal date retrospectively and if so how?

Hiya

Yes, just process it next month with the correct date and it will all sort itself out. I am assuming here that the correct date isn't before 1 August (although, even then, it needs to be corrected).

That is great, thank you Steve. I couldn't find the information to confirm this in the ILR documentation.

The withdrawal date is not before 1st August luckily.

The baseline is always that errors should be corrected, wherever they are in the ILR:

Provider Support Manual: 2022 to 2023 - Data Management Principles (submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk)

Remember, each ILR you submit completely overwrites what was there last month and becomes "the truth", for want of a better phrase!
