We have a learner who was counted as an overall leaver in the QAR as they were on a break in learning from 18/19 (planned end was 18/19) and resuming aims weren't returned in R04 20/21. The resuming aims were added after this and are still continuing - what will happen if they now achieve and how will this show in the 21/22 QAR, ie will they be an overall achiever?
