Post-16 monitoring reports dashboard

Hi All,

I am just expanding my knowledge on the Post-16 Monitoring reports and wonder if anyone knows if there is a benchmark % a provider needs to stay under? I remember a discussion with previous colleagues about been a 5% benchmark, so anything below is an acceptable level? Not sure if this was just a company standard or if it is actually a ruling? if there is a ruling, is it based on "Average Aims per aim" percentage or "average queries per reported learner".

The post monitoring 16 guide on the dashboard was released November 2020, does anyone know if there is an updated version?

I fix any errors that arise but always had a few questions around it, so look for insight :)

Thanks

Sarah

Hi Sarah

The 5% definitely isn't a *rule* (there's a whole bunch of acceptable reasons why a provider might legitimately be over 5% because there are "Are You Sure?" reports on FRM now), but if you are consistently, repeatedly above that (and you don't seem to be doing anything about the records that are there), it's likely your ESFA contract manager might be more interested in your data.

Here's the 21/22 update:

Steve Hewitt - Thank you so much for your response, helps a lot. Random question, how did you get to be as good as you are? you seem to know everything the communities throws up in questions or know exactly where to look :)
