Old framework change employer from Levy to non-levy

Hi, We have one of our last Framework learners changing employers. So they are going from Levy to non-levy. I know non-levy to non-levy stay as ESFA contract funded, but what do I do with this learner, as they won't be in our ESFA contract value for non-levy, as they were through the levy. But I can't put them on AS as the frameworks no longer show. Any help would be appreciated.
