Training provider needs to confirm the apprentice has started

Hi All, 

We have been contacted by an employer as they are unable to claim the incentive due to the following reason "Training provider needs to confirm the apprentice has started their apprenticeship" . I have checked DAS they are Live, they are LIVE in the ILR and all the information matches plus they have no D-locks or Hub errors.

Does anyone know what ourselves or the employer needs to do next? I have suggested contacting the helpdesk but wonder if anyone has come across this before.

Hi Donna, Yes they all have the ACT code 1 set against them in the ILR and have been return in the monthly submissions. Many Thanks
