Hi, I have an error which I can not resolve as all dates are correct, is anyone else having this issue please and do you know how to resolve as it is flagging as a error not a warning

It's not an error, it's a (very annoying!) warning that I've been asking them to rewrite/remove for two years. You *have* to set the ACT To date to the AchDate, so this shouldn't appear.
It can be safely ignored, warnings don't stop you getting paid.
This only a warning if it is an Apprenticeship the guidance is:
The Date applies to must be recorded on the latest Apprenticeship contract type FAM record as the same date as the achievement date for the programme aim.
