The Employer/Provider will have agreed a price for end-point assessment services with the EPAO and the Provider will have contracted with the EPAO at that price, I would assume if you had contacts in place the price increase will only impact those Apprenticeships where this has not yet taken place.
You should report reality in the ILR, but it is up to you if you reduce your training costs but then they may not reflect your actual costings.
Thanks Martin - the EPAO are claiming that all apprentices, regardless of contract/TNP 2 dates, will be at the new price. I agree with you that only new apprenticeships should be at the new price as we had a contract in place with them for those apprentices already registered on their system. Is there any guidance on this as I am disputing it with them?

EPAO Price Increase April 2022
Created
Our EPAO are increasing prices from April 2022, so anyone progressing through gateway from 1st April will incur the new price, which is £50 more expensive than we have reported in the TNP2 for around 150 learners,
Can we adjust the TNP1 to £50 less and increase the original TNP2 by £50 or do we report this in a different way?
