Hi, quick question, which I am sure I know the answer but keep doubting myself.
We have an apprentice who changed employer in 20/21 but it wasn't processed on our ILR. They were originally with a small employer and ACT2 (prior to having to be on DAS) and the employer they are now with is Levy, so am I right in assuming that the ACT will need changing to ACT1 and can this be done after the fact?
If someone is able to clarify what I am assuming, I would appreciate that.
