Hi, I have been asked a question and am unsure. If a learner is on an advanced learning loan for a qualification longer then 168 days is the QP of 42 days still applicable? They have passed the two week liability point with SLC but have now withdrawn after 31 days due to personal circumstances.
Any guidance will be great thankyou

So, you'll get the first month of payment from SLC (and the learner will be liable to pay it back!), but the learner won't affect your QAR.
