I have inputted the date we received confirmation that the leaners are withdrawing as the actual end date - but this date is after the planned end learning date and has brought up a warning/errors when i have tried to make a submission.  Please can you advise.  The learners completed all the learning but did not go through EPA.  Thank you.

You should not use the date you received confirmation that the leaners are withdrawing but the date of last evidence date of training, you may get a warning if this is after the planned end date but should not get an error.
