Hello,
Can someone help please? We are withdrawing an apprentice who has been on BiL since Apr 21. As the end date was in last year, do we include the record in this year's return? Our SRS dropped the record and did not include in the xml batch export. Many thanks.

Yes, you'll need to talk to your software supplier to work out how to pull it into this year's ILR because you do need to return it this year. As far as I'm aware, they can all do it, it's just trickier in some than others!
