Data lock

Hi,

We currently have a few data locks for 'The start date for this negotiated price is before the corresponding price start date in the employer digital account' and 'No matching record found in the employer digital account for the negotiated cost of training'.  I think these errors have been caused by enrolments being added to the ILR when no funding reservation was in place and then the record having to be changed afterwards so that when funds are in place the details all match.  The problem is that even on the data lock report everything now looks to be okay i.e. the negotiated cost is showing as £8000 on the report in both the ILR value and the Apprenticeship service value but we still have the 'No matching record found in the employer digital account for the negotiated cost of training' error.

If the TNP 1 has been added with a start date/price before the revised start date of the programme and this has gone through an ILR return how do we update the ILR to avoid an error?

I can't get through to the helpdesk to find out how we can fix these so hoping that somebody else may be able to advise?

Thank you!

Wendy

Yes it does look like a date issue where the price matches so you would need to revise the TNP dates to match the start date.

Martin West Thank you for coming back to me.  The problem is that the ILR has been updated to reflect the correct fee or start date but we are still getting the error.  I am wondering if we need to leave the original TNP dates/values in the ILR, rather than override, and handle it as a price change (even though that isn't really what has happened) my only worry with this is that we would then get ILR errors for having agreed prices before the start of the programme.
