As I understand it, when an apprentice returns from a break-in-learning, the TNP on the new Programme Aim should be the same as the original.

When an apprentice changes employer, we should record a residual TNP (TNP3/4) on the Programme Aim.

What about when they return from the break-in-learning AND have changed employer?
