Good Morning,
Can you confirm whether for employers that already have a valid EDS number that we must still input their EDS number in the ILR or are we able to use the 99999999 code? I think one of our departments has applied a blanket 999999 policy and would like to nip it in the bud (if need be).
Also for traineeship work placements must the EDS be returned rather than the 99999999 code as this morning I have a WokPlaceEmpID_03 and the guidance only mentions EmpID13 being left as warning and not needing updating.
