Hi,
Not sure what system you are using but we use Maytas, when a learner has an LLDD there is a code for the 'primary LLDD' but also another section where you have to tick all of the relevant LLDD (including the primary) so it's kind of recorded twice, might be something related to that?

I have the above error stating that the learner does consider themselves to have a learning and/or disability or health problem but the health problem record has not been returned. However, there is a health problem record pertaining to this learner.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue or how to fix it?
