Apprenticeship Service Cohorts - Query
Created
None
Hi All,
We have an employer who has provided us a cohort for the apprenticeship, this has been live from January and funding payments received. We have now received notification that the cohort was set up wrong as it should have been a LEVY TRANSFER cohort from another employer, rather then a cohort direct from their pot.
First time we have had this situation, so my thoughts are to stop the original cohort back to the SD and ask for a LEVY transfer cohort to be sent. Do you all see any problems with this or think it may cause issues completing the second cohort as it may think one is in place in same month?
Just checking to see if anyone has any thoughts before we tell an employer its fixable when it may not be :)
Thanks
Sarah

It is the Employers responsibility to resolve this issue and they should contact the Apprenticeship Service as the Provider cannot do this on their behalf.
